The Toshiba e-STUDIO 4528A is a 45-ppm A3 monochrome multifunction printer for departments of 25-60 people that need fast tabloid mono output and room to scale. Print and copy speed is 45 ppm, paper capacity is 600 sheets standard (two 300-sheet drawers) expandable to 3,200 with the LCF, and the rated monthly duty cycle is 200,000 pages. First page out is 3.7 seconds. The 9-inch color touchscreen runs e-BRIDGE Next, the same panel software found across the 25-series and 28-series, with scan-to-email, SMB folder, USB, FTP, SharePoint, and cloud destinations. Standard ADF is a 100-sheet RADF; an optional 300-sheet DSDF gives single-pass duplex scan for high-volume teams. Auto duplex print is standard. Connectivity is Gigabit Ethernet and USB; Wi-Fi and Wi-Fi Direct are optional, with AirPrint and Mopria for mobile. The thing buyers regret: under-spec'ing the paper capacity. Two 300-sheet drawers run out fast in a 25-person office; the 2,000-sheet LCF or extra cassette pays for itself in user time. The 4528A is mono only, fax is optional, and dealer-channel for service.
