Sharp BP-70M75

The Sharp BP-70M75 is a high-volume console mono MFP built for central reprographics departments, in-plant print rooms, and copy centers printing 25,000-60,000 pages a month. It prints and copies 75 ppm with first-page-out at 3.5 seconds from the platen, scans at 280 ipm duplex / 140 ipm simplex via the 300-sheet single-pass DSPF, and ships standard with a 3,200-sheet input (2,100-sheet tandem tray, two 500-sheet drawers, and a 100-sheet bypass) — expandable to 6,700 with the optional 3,500-sheet letter or 3,000-sheet ledger LCC. The 10.1" tilting touchscreen with retractable keyboard runs the same Advanced Series UI as the smaller BP-70M models, so cross-fleet operator training stays consistent. Standard PCL 6 and Adobe PostScript 3, Gigabit Ethernet, USB 2.0/3.0, 5 GHz Wi-Fi, AirPrint, Universal Print. Console-class finishing options include the MX-FN21 100-sheet staple, MX-FN22 100-sheet staple/saddle stitch (with optional MX-TM10 trimmer), MX-FN34 65-sheet, MX-FN35 65-sheet saddle, plus the MX-FD10 multi-folding unit and MX-CF11 2-tray inserter. Runs on 110-127V/20A, 1.92 kW. The thing buyers regret: under-spec'ing the finisher. If you're in a production environment, the MX-FN22 100-sheet staple/saddle stitch is the right starting point; the inline 3K finishers (MX-FN34/35) save money but cap stapling at 65 sheets.
